Next to the ability to import a PDF, the ScriptNotes™ upgrades just may be tech's new favorite thing about Final Draft 12.
Instead of a black flag, the ScriptNotes icon now looks more like a speech bubble. There’s also no need to access the Navigator for your notes, because now you can view them side by side with your script.
There, you can write a script note, or several, and even group multiple script notes by type.
You can even see the date and time that a specific note was created.
Now, if you really want to get fancy you can also change the color of your script note. To do so, select a script note and click the black and white rectangle in the bottom left corner.
You can also switch between notes, using the arrows at the bottom on the right.
If you decide that you no longer want to keep a note, simply delete it by clicking the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
Now you and your collaborators can see your notes easily and get back to the fun part.
Happy writing!
