November 9th-10th brought Final Draft to the Ojai Film Festival with unique panels for festival participants to learn the craft of screenwriting. To kick off the day, Final Draft hosted The Many Paths to Story with speakers Jen Grisanti (Author, Story Lines), Catherine Ann Jones (Author, The Way of Story), and Dara Marks (Author, Inside Story). The panel taught what to do next when you've got a great idea, discussing the tools and techniques required to turn a story into a successful screenplay.

Later that afternoon, Doug Ellin, creator of Entourage, sat down with Aubrey Day of Empire Magazine US to discuss the process of writing for television and adapting to feature films in the wake of the recent greenlight of the Entourage movie.
