Rajiv Shah's Run the Tide was a finalist in the 2012 Big Break Screenwriting Contest. Now, it's about to go before the cameras. Next stop, the Oscars?

Starring Taylor Lautner (Twilight), Run the Tide is the story of a drug-abusing mother who is released from prison and determined to rebuild her family, causing her son Rey to kidnap his younger brother Oliver and escape their desert home for the California coast. The film is directed by Soham Mehta (Survivors) and produced by Pilar Savone (Django Unchained).
